Every month a lucky Tradie will win either a Woodstock Bourbon Everkool Ice Box valued at $499 or Hitachi 14.4v cordless drill. All you need to do is register your details and you will automatically go in to the draw for the monthly prize.

The winning Tradie Lady will be drawn on the 1st of September 2009 so make sure you vote early and often to increase your chances of a shot at the monthly prize.

Permit number LTP/08/00766 HOW TO ENTER To be eligible to enter the monthly prize draw simply log onto thetradie.com.au, follow the prompts to the registration page and register your details. You only need to register once to be eligible for all future monthly prize draws. 1. Entry instructions and prize information form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 2. The promotion is open to all residents of Australia over the age of 18yrs who have a valid e-mail address, other than employees and the immediate families of the promoter. 3. Promotion commences on the first day of each month and closes 11.59pm on the last day of each month. Registrations received after the closing time will not be eligible for entry in the current month’s promotion. 4. Prize pool will vary from month to month. Each month, the winners of each prize will be drawn at random from all Tradie registrants. 5. Entrants may only register once. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible registrations will be deemed invalid for the purpose of this promotion. 6. The Tradie accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected registrations. The Tradie reserves the right , at any time to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrants identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by The Tradie to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 7. If there is any dispute as to the identity of an entrant, The Tradie reserves the right, in its sole discretion to determine the identity of an entrant. 8. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not redeem an element of the prize at the time stipulated by The Tradie, then the prize will be forfeited. 9. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Tradie accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. Subject to the prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take the prize in the time stipulated by the Tradie, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited. 10. Prizes will be mailed to winners within 14 days of the prize being drawn. 11. The Tradies decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 12. The Tradie accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. 13. To the extent that is permitted by law, the Tradie shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained by any entrant/winner as a result of participating in this promotion, or accepting any prize.
